GENOVASI is the innovation organisation to propagate innovation and design thinking skills, creating services and solutis that improve the economy and quality of life. 

Genovasi integrate youth into innovating solutions to overcome challenges in rapidly changing world and society. Genovasi will provide programmes to equip them with the foundational skills of innovation as they step up in shaping Malaysia's future.

Genovasi has three main Genovasi Experience which are Ideate, Create, and Innovate.

IDEATE: Everything starts with an idea. The processes and methodology you will learn facilitates active discussion and idea generation. You will write your ideas down and you will interview end users in order to get insights into their problems for the purpose of generating innovative ideas.

CREATE: You will create with your hands, creating  tangible prototypes of your solutions and use empathy for the end user in the process. You will go through an in-depth process of creating solutions and developing prototypes to be tested with end users for feedback.

INNOVATE: Validation of solutions with end users is required for a human-centered approach to innovation. You will test and implement desirable, viable and feasible change into your innovative solutions.

Genovasi's approaches are transformative learning, human-centered, inclusive, as well as connect and collaborate.

TRANSFORMATIVE LEARNING: Learn by doing and think laterally. We believe that you can develop your mind to look at things from a different perspective, a transformation that allows you to think through challenges creatively, seeding the innovations that will follow. This skill will enable you to solve almost every challenge in a world that is increasingly volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous.

HUMAN-CENTERED: Genovasi programmes are people focused and place importance on the end-user and what they need to make their experiences better.

INCLUSIVE: Our doors are open to people of different backgrounds, expertise and disciplines. This is because in the real world, you don't just work with one type of person or personality. This multidisciplinary environment allows you to get real-work experience, drawing on the experience of others, point of views and solutions that may otherwise be overlooked. We feel that all views matter and are equally important.

CONNECT AND COLLABORATE: Genovasi works closely with various institutions of higher learning, organisations, agencies, corporations and the public in developing real world challenges that you and your team members will work on. These collaborations will also open the doors and enable you to have a headstart in your personal and career development.
